We're expanding our presence in Nashville, TN, and seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support Wealth Advisors in delivering personalized financial strategies to high-net-worth clients, focusing on accumulation, retirement, and legacy planning, while contributing to the growth of our Nashville office.

This position offers an opportunity to grow your career in wealth management, working closely with experienced advisors in a collaborative, innovative environment. This role may start remotely and transition to fully in-office during Q1 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft comprehensive financial plans utilizing tools like eMoney, Holistiplan, and Wealth.com to support client deliverables.
  • Create custom financial analyses for Wealth Advisors to support client recommendations and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare materials for client review meetings, ensuring all data, reports, and presentations align with the firm's high standards of service and client-centric values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment analysts, financial planners, and our tax group, to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences.
  • Attend client meetings alongside assigned Wealth Advisors, taking detailed notes and leading follow-up actions to ensure seamless client service.
  • Support business development efforts by assisting with client referrals, networking events, and local community engagement to help grow the Nashville office.

Qualifications:

  • Series 65 or 66 license required (or obtained within 60 days of employment).
  • CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related role; experience working with high-net-worth clients is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial planning tools and software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support client interactions and explain financial concepts clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within a client-focused firm.

Compensation:

  • Starting base salary DOE
  • Quarterly bonus compensation based on team and personal performance.
