We're expanding our presence in Nashville, TN, and seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our advisors by building comprehensive financial plans and presenting them to high-net-worth clients alongside the advisors, ensuring personalized strategies that align with clients' goals for accumulation, retirement, and legacy planning—while also contributing to the growth of our local Nashville office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with advisors to build and develop comprehensive financial plans for clients, including retirement strategies, tax planning, estate planning, and risk mitigation.
- Analyze client financial data and goals to create detailed, customized financial plans that support the advisors' recommendations.
- Present financial plans to clients alongside Advisors, clearly explaining complex concepts, addressing questions, and ensuring client understanding and buy-in.
- Work with a team to nurture strong, trust-based relationships with current client households, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being. Each client relationships include a Client Service Associate, Associate Advisor, Lead Advisor, and full access to our CPA team, so you will have a strong support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including client service, investment analysts, advisors, and our tax group, to deliver seamless service and integrated solutions.
- Help develop and mentor other team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with the firm's client-centric values and high standards of service.
Qualifications:
- CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation required
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a similar advisory role.
- Series 65 or 66 license required (or obtained within 60 days of employment)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial planning software.
- Experience using financial planning technology such as eMoney, Holistiplan, Wealth.com, and Income Lab a plus
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary DOE and quarterly cash bonus based on company profitability and personal performance
